The summit is on Thursday, 13th October. Doors will open at 8.30 AM, with the agenda beginning at 9.30 AM. The day will run until 4pm, and there will be a drinks reception held 4:00-6:00pm, for those who wish to attend.

By Road
The Tower Hotel is just to the east of Tower Bridge, on the north side of the River Thames. At the traffic lights on the junction of Tower Hill, Tower Bridge Approach, East Smithfield and Mansell Street, turn into St Katherine’s Way: The Tower Hotel is at the far end. There are 80 on-site car parking spaces available at an additional charge of £20.00 per 24 hours. Spaces are on a first come first served basis and cannot be reserved.

By Rail
Mainline rail: Fenchurch Street station is 0.5 miles away

London Underground: Take the District or Circle line to Tower Hill station. Leave the station via the entrance on the left, go down the steps and through the subway. Turn left and walk past the Tower of London. Another subway takes you under the next road, then simply follow signs for The Tower Hotel.

London Bridge tube and rail stations are a short walk away over Tower Bridge.

By Plane
If you’re flying into London City airport, The Tower Hotel is 6 miles away: take the Docklands Light Railway (DLR) to Tower Gateway station, which is about seven minutes’ walk from the hotel.

From London Heathrow, there is the Heathrow Express which runs from the airport to London Paddington in 15 minutes and there’s a train every quarter of an hour. The Gatwick Express runs a similar service into Victoria. From either terminus, you can take the Underground (Circle Line) to Tower Hill: The Tower Hotel is less than 7 minutes walk away.

Yes, all guests will be offered the option of hot drinks and sweet or savoury refreshment items in the morning and a buffet style lunch. There are halal, vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options available. Please disclose any dietary restrictions on the registration form.

Those who choose to attend the drinks reception will also receive complimentary drinks for the reception.

Each person in your party will have to individually register, as it is not possible to group order tickets at this time. However, you are welcome to do this on behalf of your party.

No, you do not need to attend the entire event. However, we’ve designed the day so that you will get the most benefit from attending the full event.

No, after asking our customers, we’ve decided the host this event in-person only. This way, we think we can give you the best value from the day. The only way you can see the sessions on the day is to register your place here.

The majority of sessions will have Q&A. We also have a panel session this year, where you can ask questions to many of the presenters in one go.
